Classes are designed for both MEN and WOMAN and will have ALL skill levels.
The program will be teaching basic elements of up-rock, footwork and freezes, and Power Moves (Headstands, Headspins, Backspins, Windmills) and advanced elements of Air Power Moves (Flares, Air Flares, Hand Hops, Elbow Hops, Elbow Spins, 99s, 2000s, Reverse).
Cost: $240 + H.S.T. per month (2hrs 30min/week) OR $150 + H.S.T. per month (1hr 15min/week)
